  1. How often do you visit my house?
    Our services are available two time a month or four times a month. However, all of our packages are customizable. We have clients that ask that we visit their home twice a week. However, we do not recommend visiting a home less than twice a month as there are two many things that can happen in our absence.
  2. Do I have to sign a yearly agreement?
    For insurance purposes, we are required to issue a service agreement with all of our clients. However, you may cancel at any time. We just ask that you give us a 30-day notice.
  3. What if I decide that I need you to visit my home more frequently
    No Problem! You may upgrade at any time (we will pump up your monthly fee and available hours). Likewise, you can downgrade at any time (we'll bump down your monthly fee and available hours).
  1. What if a hurricane is coming, will you take care of my house?
    LUXUS Home Care offers Storm Preparation Services. However, a prior walk-through of your house and inspection on your shutter systems is required. If this is a service that you might consider using with us, please notify us in advance and preapre accordingly.
  2. What happens if my alarm goes off in the middle of the night?
    We offer 24/7 emergency services – weekends, holidays, and nights included. LUXUS will wait for police, ensure your property is secured and reset your alarm. All of this is documented and sent to you via our secure online reporting system.
  3. What if your basic service package does not include all of the things that I need?
    With every client and property being unique, we carefully customize our service approach to each situation. There are certain home watch check list items that we require for the safety of your home, however, you may add additional items. Please note that additional fees may apply.
